Note that partner accounts are only valid for a certain period of time. Your account may have expired and needs to be renewed accordingly. Please contact the respective institute that added you and have an information security officer activate your account again.
The ServiceDesk cannot help you with the renewal of your account.
Deletion requests for projects
Please try to delete the projects yourself. Projects in your own namespace, for example, can always be done by the user. Projects in groups can only be deleted by their owners. Please maintain the owner roles in your projects/groups.
Deletion requests to the ServiceDesk should be the last resort, and we also need the approval of the information security officer.
